Frank Lisciandro is an American photographer, film maker, writer and musical journalist with works in photojournalism, reportage, documentary and street photography. He was born in Brooklyn, New York. He studied photojournalism at Michigan State University receiving a BA and continued at California University of Los Angeles (UCLA) graduating with an MFA in Motion Pictures and while at UCLA studied photography with Robert Heineken. His works have appeared in books, magazines, documentary films, newspapers, journals, videos, record albums. He has been in a number of solo exhibitions and group shows, and has directed, produced and written a number of films.
